So here’s some shots from my recent sky dive. This makes number 2 under my belt.
Welcome! You've reached Portland web designer and graphic designer Adam Wood's shanty on the web. You my friend have found a great web site. Here you get to find out information about my web design, graphic desgin, my hobbies, and my interests while I'm living in Portland, OR. I'm currently a Portland web designer that works with all size business's from around the world. Check out my company Delusional Designs to see all the services that I offer and more information.
My main focus is developing and designing web sites as well as graphic design. When I'm not geeking out on web design and graphics, I enjoy other passed times and hobbies. One of my other creative outlets is glass blowing. As a hobby for years I've created many unique, colorful pieces of art. You might also run into me at a show (music, theater, etc), dining out on some amazing Portland food, hiking up the trails around Portland, Oregon, or just out and about. Stick around and check out the site. I promise you'll find out a lot about Adam Wood.

A panorama from Angels Rest in the Columbia Gorge. I took it with my iphone but make sure to enlarge it as it’s quite big (9000px!). Only one tear in the panorama. Not bad for an almost 360 degree shot taken from a camera phone.

So I’ve got a problem I can’t find anyone else having anywhere online.
My wireless router consistently and now constantly is giving all the computers on my home network a “limited or no connectivity” status when connecting to my router. No internet, no networking, nothing…
I don’t think it’s any of the computers on the network because we have two iphones, four laptops, and one desktop connected to it. The desktop is wired and is fine all the time. The wireless computers and phones all get the same “limited or no connectivity” status all at the same time. I mean same time because I reset the router (soft reset) and everything is fine for a random amount of time and all sudden all the computers drop off, switching the connection status from “connected” to “limited or no connectivity”. Usually within an hour or two of the reset. All the computers and phones work on wireless networks other places just fine. I’ve changed settings on the router to default, I’ve hard reseted it, changed network names, changed passwords, and any thing I can think of to try anything.
The kicker is this is the second router to do this… Both times both routers are D-Links and both are/where very close to a Xeon HP Workstation PC which is a pretty ridiculous machine, as in bigger, clunky, and loud.
I also notice that my iphone is messed up and echoed when I’m using it next to the desktop. I wonder if I’m slowly getting radiated or something!
Has anyone ever heard of a router going bad because it’s too close to a box (CPU)? I wonder if anyone has had this same issue?
I can’t find any report of it anywhere online yet. I really don’t want to buy another router. I tried moving both routers to the basement away from the desktop and it’s still acting the same. Wonder if if the router (both) are now damaged and junk!
Hit me up if you have any thoughts, ideas, or suggestions!

I’m shopping for a new car and came across this website. Why is there a baby there?

My family were here in Portland for the day as they made their trek from Southern California to Seattle area. They had lined up the time to come over for a bbq at my newish place and then a walk over to the festivities on Alberta St. I’ve hit up the last 6 months or so of Last Thursdays and I’ve always had a great time. I’m looking forward to the next month’s event as I’ll be able to go as slow as I want to soak in the last one of the summer. It’ll be perfect weather for a bit so enjoy it while it lasts.
