It’s a new website that offers users the ability splice Youtube videos by specifying what times you want to cut out and leave in. It then gives you the video, a link to splicd to view link to the video, and a the link to embed the video into a page or blog. It’s a great idea and I wish I could say that I thought it up. Oh well.
